Life, as I'm sure you must have noticed, offers us all a never-ending supply of things to feel cross about, frustrated by or incredulous at. Yet it also offers a similar abundance of situations to cherish, celebrate and give thanks for. It's just sometimes rather tricky to identify the latter when our thoughts are full of the former. Deep within, you know you don't want to waste any more time stewing on a subject that distresses you. If you turn your attention to more inspiring matters.
How much excitement do you want? How many intense emotional experiences do you feel you need? Do you have to get caught up in some great drama? Must you deal with problem after problem?
