Every action is performed by our impressions(Sanskara)her state of consciousness. . The impression of work done by us  shape our personality. Who works sincerely and selflessly without caring for the fruits of action also remembered god while working or performing routine work, the mind of such person is transformed into god consciousness which enriches and elevates him to a higher state of consciousness. Such person becomes an instrument  in the hands of god and power of god works through him for the welfare of mankind. Any person who does any work with full dedication and comes out  without attachment is Karmayogi. Life is a duty and every human being is duty bound in this world. All his duties are equally important and must be performed wholeheartedly being totally absorbed in it. When we accept our work as a duty we are never tired of it nor bored from it, After practicing the execution of work,we invoke god to become a Karmayogi then all actions that we performed are righteous 

Our loved one are parents,friends,relatives the list may includes many but conflicts with our loved ones is very natural and common thing as nobody has same thinking or point of view. But love is infinite, it is never created,we can channel it from its source of infinity,to all whom  we meet. The more we forget ourselves in giving it to others,the better we can understand what love really is. And the more love as channels for god's love, the more we can understand that his is the one love in the entire universe.Love others as extension of our own self and of love I feel from god. O finite one, make me a channel for thy love in barren hearts every where. Everybody has his own perceptions and belief system,we cannot see truth so assume this or that might have happened and so on. Nothing is in our hand ,all is almighty will,surrender will relieve you,you feel oneness with god and peace followed by. Otherwise what we believe is truth is our notion and this is  enough to fuel a fight

Most conflicts arise only when we judge others from our point of view,not ready to see what force others to react like that ,why is the question . We make thousands of assumptions ,we do not know self how to tell about others. When I am angry- when I am criticising others ,when I   am jealous or greedy- these are my traits at different time but actually how I would react to any given situation I don't know. Know self first. stop mental chatter first,clean your slate then write new chapter, Then you can make better choices. To know truth go within, listen to others but don't believe them.listen because their words can  be  wonderful, listen to your own voices but don't care  for all voices in the mind and heart.

Life is a mystery. View life with positive attitude, some say life is bore. No, explore life. See its beauty. Every coin has two sides. Forgive and accept all as it is designed by god. Love all parts of your life and you will accept and forgive all others as they are. You cannot change others. You have to change your outlook. The more you  improve your internal relationship, i.e. your thoughts or your belief system and intentions, the more you love others unconditionally and the more you will radiate love-the essence of life. Loving unconditionally is not easy but we can develop this habit. We are here to use the things,problem  arises  only when you want to possess the things,we are here for a short period use all and enjoy the gifts of god-never attach to things or person to the extent that you suffer. Like hiring a five stat hotel for one night and check out in the morning,using all what you needed,but with  non attachment   It is not as easy as said but with practice one can gain this state. Live like  KING but possess not, possession is main cause of our conflicts and strains. Now you can finally take that decision which puts an end to your hostile and unfavorable situation. Remember that it'll be enough for you to make the first step, the rest will come alone. Take this opportunity and correct once and for all everything which is not right around you. If you wish to undertake something new, you must take consider difficulties which will arise especially at the beginning. Patience and faith in your goals will help you but will not be enough: you must choose so
