BE ALIVE

When you deny the projection of the personality, you conserve energy and when energy is conserved,the masks which we had put on  collapses and  leakage will not happen ,you will have more energy and gradually you will become  more  conscious,more responsible and more authentic.Your character will reveal itself.

You may lose some friends  who would say you are becoming dull but turn a deaf ear to their complaints ,it is not lacking of interest, it is braking old patterns of life. By stop talking about your past or your sad stories,eventually you are beginning the end of worry.

But be true to yourself, your responsibilities and  duties.Your likes and dislikes will change with experiences of years of practical  learning of life.Give up dishonesty,being angry or depressed.Spirituality helps a lot to overcome these problems,as we are aware of our shortcomings and ready to accept it for good.

Usually we get angry when we do not get what we want to happen according to our wishes, then if your desire is  practical,there must be a solution and if it is not practical you have to give up honestly,you must face the fact and give up your wanting.

DISHONESTY IS ITSELF A MASK,TEAR IT DOWN.Your personality is always talking something.talking consumes energy,so focus on saving energy by talking less.Most of our talks are time pass,speculations, options,gossips and so on. Learn the difference between  talking and speaking,action speak itself so live your life in true sense. Life is to be enjoyed,so enjoy moments of life ,enjoy joy of being.

Joy or conscious is your natural state.

Stop living in your own shadow,live joy of clarity, no problems,and that is there now, inside you,just waiting to be lived.You don't have to strive for its search,or make it,it is already yours your very being!
