Proper breathing system helps us in living a better life. Deep breaths cleanse the negativity of thoughts,clear all anxieties and starching exercises increase the blood circulation and rejuvenate you- prepare you for the day. Though  some moments of life are  tearful but sooner you will learn to control yourself, as you have earned the patience by practise. Once you are mentally prepared to get rid of  all the  unnecessary stuff,you will go ahead. Your right attitude of planning all well will take some time but afterwards everything will fall into its place.
Self control is always best solution- you can not afford to upset yourself too long! Tears are no solution to any problem. KEEP YOUR SMILE alive,it will add to your overall personality.Hard work is another solution to depression or touchy mood. Creativity is an aspiration, it is a gift given to chosen few. All of us are creative in a way or the other,which remote to self management and satisfaction.
Creativeness is an effective tool to curiosity and all inventions are due to creative approach of human beings.Reading or any recreation will do something better than your sad mood. A spur of imagination,your dreams or nice ideas should be put to into efforts, and see something new will emerge out of it, which will give you a feeling of accomplishment, happiness for achieving something. Sharing  responsibility one can focus on few tasks well and effectively, it can reduce your tensions.
