All is  your own choice whether clutch the past so tightly to chest  that it leaves our arms too full to embrace  the present. God is in simplicity. One should be simple to the extent that you would like roses on your table rather than diamonds on your neck. 

Helping  the needy. Keep your calms with positive  attitude and full faith in god’s justice is all you need and to provide you all is god’s responsibility. See how HE has arranged milk for new born prior to their arrival on the earth.

Our dull life is our own creation. Because we have lost the energy to be curious, the spirit to enquire and the ability to further our knowledge. We tend to forget that curiosity is something we born with, buried deep inside some where, So pick up shovel and dig it out, it is a pre-requisite for creation to ask question to get answer.  Learning-doing and  improvement is a process,so continue with this process. This is your life,own up responsibilities towards life and move on!

Take care to not crack and breakdown,when situation demands too much from you.At trhis stage you need to do internal engineering,strengthening  and stabilizing  yourself before facing up new challenges. Learn how to  live and take precautions and care about how to handle the odd situations and crisis of life.

When we say why me, O god! God please help me and you will start getting help it is called jumpstart. We discover new insights and false beliefs die, we have  to  reprogrammed our thought process. But this a threat to our ego,then severe test of faith begins,This stage may last for days,months or for years together. We  need to came into fullness of our own being.At this stage our feet should be firmly on ground of reality.

Out thinking is limited to our knowledge.we get knowledge through sense organs ear,nose,eyes and mind start working on information gathered by sense organs.Then our knowledge infected with the virus of ifs and buts.   We need to reach state of no thoughts to get accurate information, and meditation filters all thoughts at last we get the truth.

We are humans having bodies,how can we see our soul or god,which is farmless? Then we need to refine and define all afresh, still your throught process thereby your mind then hear subtle sounds of nature and you can hear too, on vibrational level and one day  you have glimpses of soul.Then we can solve the mystery of our beingness,why we are here,you will come to know that though you can not change the inevitable,but sitting idle in no excuse,make efforts  to lead a creative life.You will get inner satisfaction and peace-at least. This too shall pass.  Mind this.

Set a fix time  to be quiet every day, Listen to the small voice of spirit comes as a soft whispers of opportunity and choices. It is a internal knowing that we can not deny. Every opportunity gives us how we will  respond to create something worthwhile. To be happy and comfore is our sole  object.
