STRESS AND FOOD

 What we eat has effect on our life as food intake depends on our liking, without knowing what type of food is good and what is causing headaches and depression,stomach pain,indigestion etc. Boiled food is good but raw vegetable do not suit everyone. Salad is good for reducing weight but harmful when intestines are week because hard and raw veg. hard to digest. Avoid fried food at night.
Otherwise for reducing fats Salad is good and avoid heavy appetisers, chips and fried food stuff.  Vitamin B is essential for energy metabolism and optimal functioning of immune system,inadequate Vit, B. can cause fatigue anxiety and irritability.
Mrinalini Prabhu dietician says that your eating habits greatly influence your  eating habits  greatly influence your body's response to stress. Whatever the source of stress, physical-emotional  the body reacts by pumping adrenaline, a hormone that triggers s cascade of other hormones. Thereby  creating tensions ,physical stress is less damaging as the hormonal level returns to the normal fast. But mental stress is dangerous as it cause the body to be in a stress responsive mode for a longer period of time. So eat wisely.

According to W.H.O.Servey-- Stress increases the production of NPY chemicals in our  brains, links NPY to carbohydrate cravings. The chemical is naturally  high in the morning and can compound during periods of stress through out the day. Eat a nutritious breakfast so as to keep your craving at bay. Try wholegrain cereal with lowfat milk and a chunk of fruit.

A balance diet keeps away stress and other ailments, stuffing  noodles,meggies French fries and other heavy fried food should be taken alternately,but not as food. Try all for just taste and not to overload your stomach with hot chutneys and spicy food.. Excess of every thing is bad be it milk or other food,balance diet is needed.  

Careers in healthcare are not limited to doctors now there is a vast variety of careers so choose as per your liking. Dietitians and nutritionists,Yoga, Acupuncture therapy, Magnet therapy,   Reiki, Pranic healing and Nature Spas offer a wide range of alternate opportunities.  Now everybody try to shift eating habits from non-veg. to vegetarian but how you could guess what ingredients are used to prepare Naan- you are eating as chefs add eggs to the flour of Naan.

Most deserts you can not make a caramel custard or a bread butter pudding without eggs. For instance, if you have eaten ice-cream abroad then you have eaten eggs,it is essential part of every commercial ice-cream.There is no moral in this but if you are a vegetarian, you have been tricked into eating fish,meat or eggs and you can not tell when you are made fool off,but then ask self- does it matter? Yes to a vegetarian it matters.God in heaven knows your intentions  were not to eat fish,meat or eggs. Vegetarian food or non-vegetarian food is not related to religion but to liking or disliking and if you ever have been to eat it unintentionally it  was  not your choice.

Now it is almost impossible to guess what we are eating.,even you can not smell a rat, and many of us have eaten non-veg, items without  noticing it at all. MacDonald  in other countries used to cook french fries in beef fat for deep frying,or any other animal fat is used to fry. They used to add artificial flavor to make the taste. Again  Thai food outlets in Malaysia or Singapore used dry fish to make many dishes and even fry chips in beef fats,Indian used to relish without noticing that it was non veg. And even out of India the concept of non-veg. is different because they are regular meat eater,Many sauces and soups are prepared in foreign land stock which is non-veg.

Most vegetarian jelly, gelatin e products unmindful of the fact that gelatin is traditionally made  from the bones of dead animals. Cheese contains rennet an enzyme derived from animals including stomach of cats and eggs are used in may products,so if you are pure vegetarian see labels and signs used to mark veg,food
