DEATH

Dying is a daily reality that we can learn to accept. The process of dying is integrated into ones life,we need not to be afraid of  death when it comes, death become an event of life. Death  becomes an event onto the very fabric of life. There is continuous cycle of death and birth. Winter gives a way to summer, sun sets before it rises again,in our bodies countless cells die and replaced. In our mind we experience birth and death of many ideas daily. Death is painful because we view it as leaving behind  all our belongings and our entity. Not knowing what will happen next, afraid of fears and parting from family is painful. We die many times till the actual death-departing from this world. We are not same what we were at our birth time, then young ones are not same as they grow older. There are different faces at every phase of our life.

To explore what rising from the dead means is to enter it ourselves to know in our experience of the present moment that dying and birth are contained in life.
