Futurologists, whether they employ mystical or logical techniques, are all inclined to agree that the only things you can say about tomorrow, are that a) it will come and b) when it does, it will contain many developments that we weren't fully expecting. Even the most impressive of my predecessors, would have struggled with the vagaries in the 21st century. But  future will bring a situation that, in the nicest possible way, negates the relevance of almost all your current concerns. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and work. You will do whatever it takes to get a job done, especially as it seems as if someone else (though equally determined) is making things worse in their effort to make them better. But you can't just say, 'This needs to be taken care of my way.' You must show respect or they will not even pay heed to your hard won experience. Somehow, you need to join forces with a person or group, regardless of what strikes you as a lack of insight or wisdom. That's challenging but you can do it.
