Yesterday my daughter was talking to someone and describing personal USP,which attract my attention as few days ago I wrote about personal relationship between daughter and mother,pains of both parties and solutions.personal USP-UNIQUE  SELLING PROPOSITION- does not mean that you are commoditizing yourself but where you professional life has nothing to do, where personal and social life begins. The personal USP  lets you to define yourself better,what do you want. What the  things you are good at? Identifying person who will value you what you offer and it can helps you to focus your efforts and communicational channels and make your all round life more rewarding.It describe you who you are!
As a person you may have different needs,as a professional you are required to fulfil the demands of your job efficiently and in your  USP your resolution is to define clearly your better side.Your reliability and focus that meets needs of others in general. As a writer I have to meet the needs of  readers,contents of my writing should maintain quality and reliability. My work is to feed readers mind with useful  information on the one hand ,entertaining on the other I am trying to understand what people want to know and what impact they can have. Trust and values play a big role. What's the one thing that separates you from other alternatives available to anyone is. How can you be different,unique and memorable!
We all are capable of receiving energy from people and sometimes it may be intense physical experience overwhelming you. It is  interested to know what is going on in other lives and what they are going through. But it can take time to recognise you and your intentions and gifts you have to offer them. So waiting for the right time to give you your piece of information you have gathered by observing people and situations in your life.Politics exist everywhere,it is good when we politics and we feel bad when we become victims of politics. It may not be easy for you handle it,you would soon be one of the helpless victims,so make the best of it as politics is part and parcel of one's life.
Learn how to transform your emotions to give it to others. Otherwise you can easily be get sucked into playing other roles that can be exhausting and  wear you down specially when you feel no one want your input. Expectation can have hidden danger even when you do not expect. USP helps you to describe you better in short.
