Stay calm, enjoy and retain your energies in tact. Beauty is in the things as they are and not as they should be,we waste our energy in thoughts, adrenals are main culprits for bad health.  Accept the responsibility and good things will start happen.You will observe  “The things that go wrong often make the best memories.Be grateful, because you worked hard for what you got, and you deserve it, but others also worked hard, and people don’t always get what they deserve.” If you’re willing to take the blame when you deserve it, people will give you the responsibility.All you have to do is put on your running shoes and let the front door shut behind you.
