EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED

Expect the unexpected. There you go. The most useless advice you will ever get. How can you benefit from that? If you know what to expect, it will no longer be unexpected! And if you don't know what to expect... how can you prepare for it? You are not sure what to make of a situation. Every time you think things through, you reach a different conclusion. Every time you talk them over, you hear a different opinion. Yet it is not the unexpected that is eluding you now. It is the obvious! As soon, rather delightfully, you'll see. It seems as if there are so many things you can't do, can't have, mustn't hope for and shouldn't rely on. Is there a tiny corner of the universe somewhere that is not already under your control? If you feel weak or lacking in resources... maybe that's because you've got too many irons in too many fires or too many needy people and demanding situations to tackle.
When you read the papers and watch the news, you become even more sure that you should be narrowing your horizons, limiting your hopes and curbing your aspirations. These are trying times for all of us, aren't they? But you are not stuck and you do have choices. You've got to work on what you know for sure and then make a series of guesses. You must then test those guesses against your facts. If you persist you should eventually end up with clarity.
'Don't just stand there, DO something...' That's what people say to one another when they feel they need help urgently. In a way though, they may just as well say, 'don't just stand there, DO nothing'. For it often turns out to be wiser to take no action at all. Wiser, yet harder. We are brought up to believe that strenuous effort is commendable, whereas, inaction represents a form of laziness. Not so. You honestly don't need to go out and chase anything or anyone. What's right for you will come right to you.Cosmos planning is reliable.
