life is a mystery and let it be so. Remain busy even in small activities, but be in motion as being motion less is like death., Even if you are not fit to do any physical job, at least you can clear your mental clutter and clutter surrounding you as far as possible.

Do not get dishearten when you are not fit to do any job physically as 70% of jobs are not  adding to the earth and not contributing to life of its people. Because jobs are generating only money and moving around.Learn to add by way of clearing all type of pollution's including emotional pollution which is most dangerous of all.

The secret of happiness is not doing what you do but loving all whatever you do!

Elder care is family responsibility, but in this world  of complexes,everybody is  unable to cope all alone.Children are like clay need molding, Is it not our duty to educate our children the basic truths of life as children are easily lured by fantasies or false promises of happiness made by their own notions. Parents should initiate their children to be a better human being, teaching them skills of life. We must learn and educate their children to know the difference between necessities and luxuries or what is extra burden.

Bond between children and parents is unbreakable.Even if they turn 5 to 50 they are still  same children to them. But when they grew up their job is done. they feel themselves neglected,actually it is not a fact,as children always need their parents emotionally as they do in their childhood, only ways of expression have changed with time, cuddling changed into talks or hugs. But still everybody need love and to be loved. Parents love is purest form of godly love,god has provide parents to a child to protect him when he was too little to take care of his own needs from food to other bigger ones. Our increased income has played a major role in creating such situation as we send our children  to study far off places-we give them wings and they flew away, then improved medical care and better attention increased age.
In India senior citizen will cross about 140 million by 2021 where as in 2011 it has crossed 100 million, In  2001 share of old people was 7.4% but soon it will be 10%. We read in newspapers and view in T.V that there is strong need of special attention to this problem by state or private agencies to help senior citizen's life. With fast growing population senior's too have a major part and to provide emotional,physical and financial security is becoming a problem which will only increase in future.though some have provisions for old age still they need emotional bond and security.
 In speaking tree Joydeep Chakerborty, managing director of an older care initiative when at 60 solutions pvt Ltd. has shown interest in this case. He says that Old people are roots and hold lot of practical  experience to help and nurture society as well as his own family. They only need respect,want support of family, feel wanted and cared for-and loved. They need avenues to share,rejoice,feel healthy and secure and useful. Family do not have time or access to them as they are far off place. But it is not in the case of elders,everybody need such emotional bonds in life.Some part of society  ill treat old member of family while some do care and respect.
We still have to learn how to adapt the situation in hand,waiting and without forcing  destiny's hand by coming to an agreement with self and society-thinking well being of others. Spirituality is one factor which can be helpful in every way in every situation. But it is always self help which come first so we can help self by keeping our hands and mind busy in useful tasks which will give us inner strength. Seniors have a lot to share with the rest of society so come forward and share it.
Whether we are alone or among our loved ones, a healthy mindset and positive attitude feel welcome.Old is a time to rest and enjoy what was in your mind when you were busy.
