STAY HEALTHY

Stay healthy,physically,mentally and socially active,eat frequent meals,fresh fruits,vegetables,juices. Get regular check-up especially after forty. Avoid sun exposure,supplement your diet. Staying indoors does not mean that you are free to pollution exposure actually 90% pollution are in door pollutants   are carbon monoxide and nitrogen dioxide from cooking and heating appliances.   when fire burn in doors carbon dioxide increases, so ensure fresh air in the house.

Stress is part of our life but emotional stress raises blood cortisol level which increases the concentration of fats and circulation of sugar in your blood. Stress which kicks your system into high gear may rise diseases.So try to iron our wrinkles in your life. talk to a reliable friend who is a good listener so talk to him your problems or thoughts,  you may write all thoughts on a paper and review,give a second chance to your feelings,sort out and see half are done.Humour is best to avoid stress. Laugh banish stress,set up relaxation time and practice and where you find problems has no answer,stop,do something to divert your attention so that after sometime all settle down by time itself. This way refresh ideas may come up.

Real crisis are really hard to handle. Simplify life,slow down life process. Watch your activities and thoughts,real problem is there,so handle all with great care as it is always hard to mend self. Avoid impossible situations and get trapped into doing too much. Using every second of time wisely, eliminate time wasting exercises,aware of situation and cope them well when need arise step back. Knowing the reason of problem is half way to solution.Be tough as nails and flexible as a rubber.Getting oganisze is another good practice. Relationship needs a lot of care and attention as handling a delicate glass.

Relatives always take you for granted,it is human nature,they may not listen to you or children and husband and children do not interested in your problems,do not recognize your best efforts and you are going to live them.  It is very complicated and emotional. Be smart and practical as your  life is going as it is,living with same person and atmosphere.Be a good listner and learner always,you have to be! Stick to your image.

Vegetarian diet is good for health . Veg. digested in 2-8 hours,cooked food in 10-12 hours and non-veg. food take 72 hours to digest. So non-veg. eaters stuffing their system even before previous meal has been digested, produces toxin material in the body,which gives you aches and pains in body. Hindu culture insists on veg.food which is easy to digest.

Fasting cleanse the body. During fasting take liquids as fruit juices or milk-for proper cleansing and rest to digestive system. But for god's sake don't torture yourself in the name of fast by starving yourself. By fasting we discipline mind and body. Mind body and spirit balance is achieved by following spirituality and it is theme of spirituality.
