Boost your energy,talk to friends, Do what you have to do-set priorities, Know your energy level and act accordingly. Set pleasing environment by sorting out clutter and pending work first.
Never postpone any work which you can do within short span of time,its a peaceful practice. Enjoy light music,dance or do any creative and interesting job to lighten your mood. Do good-feel good. Help others will give you a sense of satisfaction and happiness. Our actions tell our state of mind.
Be happy and try to engage in cheerful activities because only happy person can do good to others. It is a selfless act that we spread positive vibrations everywhere we go,this would be the greatest contribution on earth planet. We all have bad or no good days,as fight with someone,bad work evaluation or  anything else which turn bad.And when you do not feel good never treat yourself with loads of ice cream or beer,shopping which will make you feel worse. Instead help some be selfish for selfless reasons. Treating self as a special when you are low will disturb you more later.
Get yourself busy in any activity which demand your total attention. or simply watch a movie or read a good book. Even busy yourself to clear your table or almirah or do gardening.
 Getting things done will boost your energies control and order by playing with children as children are innocent and pure at heart.  Say to self that at least I have done something special for someone special.
 Lastly you can do some energetic exercises. If you find something worse walk, talk to someone-sharing is good.We must stay in contact with other people who can boost our mood. Early to bed and early to rise is a best!
 When you are losing at one phase remind self your other plus points to stay  positive. When you do not decide something write pros and cons and decide what to do at the moment. Keep record of things and be grateful for whatever is gifted by almighty.
