You are drifting on a cloud. Gently drifting. In a moment, I will count to three and you will awaken. You will recall none of the hypnotherapy session we have just conducted. Indeed, already, your memory is fading. What session? What have we just cured you of? You will find out the next time you enter a situation that might once have triggered much stress. First, though, let us count. 1... 2... 3! Okay. Now, . Soon, you'll feel as if old fears and problems no longer have the power to upset you! Use imaginational powers.  Relationships, no matter how rewarding and delightful at some levels, also tend to have tricky or stressful times. Your challenge now is to position yourself where you can enjoy the advantages of a situation without looking so closely at what's less than ideal about it.
