What did we all do before Wikipedia? Well, most of us just lived in blissful ignorance venturing, only occasionally, to the bookcase to blow the dust off some heavy tome. Now, we can read all about it - although some people say that this internet resource is not to be trusted. Some of the pages contain false information. So how are we supposed to know what's true? A similar set of circular questions now arises as you attempt to get to the bottom of a swirling pool of facts and assumptions. But your instincts are strong, trust your instincts.
Often, when we are recovering from a wild experience, we say 'Never again.' Then we mean it. But by next time, we seem to have forgotten and go off out in search of more of the same. That's 'short-term memory syndrome'. And even the more sober and sensible among us suffer from it to some extent. Which, by and large, is a good thing. But for now, suffice to say, you will gain from returning to where you once swore to never revisit.
What makes a situation stressful? It isn't necessarily a sense of urgency. You may have a lot to do and not much time to do it in but that's all fine, as long as you feel confident and comfortable. The real source of tension is never 'hurry' but 'worry'! It is when we doubt ourselves or when we fear that we must force issues and push for one particular result, that we start to have less than desirable experiences. This week brings you no problem that you cannot easily handle, as long as you relax and trust yourself.
