Yesterday I had been to my sister in law's house.There I noticed that my sister in law was sitting like a doll.Without any expression on face,no talks,no smile.
I got to know she is diagnosed as dispossession patient. Depression is resulted by not coping with stress.Stress is common and it has become part of our life due to our behavioral patron or our lifestyle.
We have no choice but to accept the twist and turns in our lives.
I am a depression patient because I had to suffer hard blow of time,but I am still working normal doing my jobs and coping all. Because it is a fact you are alone. Whatever comes ,you have to deal.I stressed when my children are at home demanding my much time and attention. I also get holiday or guest stress but at the end I am able to adjust all with some anti-depression tablets and relaxation techniques.
Every one has to accept that stress will come uninvited and it is not evil,its a challenge. Now everybody is not doing physical activities well. When we are stressed sometimes it remained unrelieved,and in fat most methods again brings a new form of stress.
If it is taken with positive manner,you may get inner satisfaction of passing all hurdles and coming out as a winner.Otherwise as in my sister in law's case-no physical activity in the body, it would be rendered lifeless.It is stress that makes one’s mind alive.Without stress, intellectual processes come to a halt, resulting in intellectual stagnation. If man is unable to control stress,it will reach an abnormal state that is crippling; this kind of stress is fatal. But, if one is able to control stress, it will remain within noncrippling limits and turn out to be a boon. A crippling challenge is bad, whereas a non crippling challenge is equally good in that it stimulates nations to produce a civilization.,“We have agreed to disagree.”By adopting this formula,they saved themselves from stress., you should learn the art of stress management.Most often, stress is caused due to complaints against another person. Instead of developing a complaint,we must take it easy.Taking it as a complaint would turn it into ‘crippling stress’and taking it normally would turn it into a ‘non crippling stress.’Crippling stress causes problems, whereas noncrippling stress keeps the mind active. Stress is a healthy sign.The only condition is to detach it from complaints and take it as a normal phenomenon.
