Change for the sake of change is rarely constructive. Fashions are fickle. They lead those who strive to keep up with them a very merry dance. Many of our oldest traditions exist for a good reason. They represent the best alternative, just as they always have done. Yet between these opposing points of view, there is a happy middle ground. So value what you have,there is hidden meaning of every event, where you are standing now. The only adjustment  to make to an established situation is a constructive and timely one.
