Compelling tales of adventure invariably feature a villain. Those heroes and heroines create little interest, unless they are striving to thwart the plans of some personification of ill intent. Yet, where in true life do we ever encounter such characters? There may be many who have a sharp edge to their personalities - but rare indeed are the outright baddies. You haven't got an enemy. At worst, you are just up against one negative quality in an otherwise positive person. Remember that and will be well.It is always preferable to be propelled by a positive passion than to be motivated by some haunting fear. It is, of course, equally important to make statements that are constructive, rather than destructive, and for our actions to be expressions of hope. As you now attempt to focus on getting what you want, your plans should be informed by more than just a pressing awareness of whatever it is that you don't want. Focus, on the carrot, not the stick - the inspiration, not the desperation. Then, success can yet be yours.
