When you have realized that you are now on the road of normality,do not resent over past as it would spoil your present.All adversities can be overcome with patience. Where there is no love there is no imposition. Love is human need and glue to bind us together.
Remember that sleep plays an important role,sound sleep  projects sound health. We would be happy if we get peaceful sleep.
Watch your habits first than decide what to do with them. What are your priorities? Happiness or laziness. Procrastination lead to putting your jobs pending and ultimately making headache for self. Time is enough,only we have to set it right. 
Weigh your decisions and then go for it,its all your own choices-whether you have chosen to do first thing first or busy in fun or watch T.V.  All rituals are to set us right,early to bed and early to rise,have a shower and than may be go for a prayer or meditation session. It is how you start your day.
Think over one thing more,why should you stick out the misery instead of finding an opportunity that would change you and make you happy to do what you because of some societal rule? So be the change you want to see in the world.
We have made our life hell by thoughts-too many of us are scared and doing what we are supposed to do out of fear being told that we are wasting our time. We are to follow rules set out for us and we are too busy looking for people to validate us,our existence.
Be comfortable with your existence and do what you want to do for yourself.
