All of us have divinity spark within. The only thing is to realize that we are extension of source energy. When we acknowledge this,this state is called realization,self-realisation. It is a feeling of connectedness,a feeling of coming home. Then compassion and love for all living beings can be felt within. It creates an oasis of calm and our belief sets start transforming-to make things right. No one can live in shadow. Darkness replaced by bright light of awareness. Our expectations diminish,and we start accepting things as they are. Rather than trying to change as we did when not awared and consumed our lot of energies to change other people and things. Spirituality heal us,guide us. It is a positive force. No one has need to go to forests as one can have this here and now with a simple change in attitude and mind transformation.
