MIND AND BODY
Positive emotions are love,happiness and satisfaction negative emotions are fear, hate, anxiety and sadness,depression or mood swings are resulted.All type of viruses,infections even ulcers can be developed in a person suffering negativity.What we feel at different situations or how we handle different situation depends how we react and what is our response depends on emotional balance of mind and set of our belief system which have impacts of our observations in this life and past life experiences. No body,no outer circumstances and influences can change perceptions one has inbuilt. Only momentary changes may be there; but soon one is there where he was. People use to avoid feeling and their emotions by ignoring or pretending that nothing has happened They either tend to overeat or to work excessively,their conversation are superficial,either they watch T.V or read it means they try to engage self in any activity so that emotions or feeling can not come back and hurt them. They drink,eat heavy food hard to digest, use tranquillizers or drugs,have excessive sex or live alone or engage self in any activity all the time so that they do not get time to think as It takes a lot of energy to keep emotions repressed and buried. If you keep emotions buried for a long period of time, you lead to illness and an accelerated ageing process. Buried emotions create fatigue and depression. Laughing outside but inside crying. Blowing up over minor incidents,talking on others issues or matters,never talk about self or talk about self only.Troubled relationships,lack of interest or motivation,who cares attitude,difficulty in accepting self and others as they are. Life is only a pretensions. Heavy- deep in heart and a upset stomach are some of symptoms.
Meditation is helpful in detecting these,see them coming in memory lane and watch then release them. Once you have found your emotion,stay with it,hold it and be with it honestly do not try to do anything else.So visit to your buried emotions and you will find it smaller and smaller and it will disappear. Certain emotions just hang on,regardless of what you do,then its time to hand over to god all your concerns and problems to resolve the issues.John D. (Jack) Mayer says, “Emotions operate on many levels. They have a physical aspect as well as a psychological aspect. Emotions bridge thought, feeling, and action – they operate in every part of a person, they affect many aspects of a person, and the person affects many aspects of the emotions.” Dr. Maurice Elias says, “Emotions are human beings’ warning systems as to what is really going on around them. Emotions are our most reliable indicators of how things are going on in our lives. Emotions help keep us on the right track by making sure that we are led by more than the mental/ intellectual faculties of thought, perception, reason, memory.”
Whenever you feel deep pain and believe that life is not worth living,learn to go to god so that you could be grateful regardless of all your pains and difficulties. Everybody has positive and negative side so learn to forgive. Being grateful to god- is best suited option in every case. As a human being we need someone to love and be loved by someone. We have deep seated fear,resentments,anger-emotions needed to be cured.Fear do not allow to share our fears so we prefer visiting therapist who would listen to us when we pay them and we get rid of our negativities to some extent.So love and fear of losing someone or something or fear of death is mainly root cause of our all worries,though other things like new lifestyles, new technology,pollution and sudden changes in fashion and events of life effect our life.
IN EVERY RESPECT WE DO NEED THE BALANCE OF MIND AND BODY,OUR PHYSICAL FITNESS DEPENDS ON OUR THOUGHT PROCESS TO SOME EXTENT.
CHANGE WHAT YOU CAN AND DO WHAT YOU CAN AND ALSO ACCEPT WHAT YOU CAN'T CHANGE AS GIFT OF GOD.
Life has never been so easy for many. Blessed are some who has learn the art of living.
We have to control our feelings and emotions to lead a peaceful life. Our resentments are deep buried anger when we keep thinking about something someone has done to us. Give a vent to emotions and channelize them in creative way. Anger rests around belly button area and sadness rests in mid-riff area. Emotions can rest anywhere in your body,be it a joint or muscle or in shape of dark dense cloud,covering your thoughts and create pain. Emotional imbalance is not good for health and society, person feel low when not treated well at home or office. But you cannot change abusive person or irritate type of person are everywhere so learn how to handle them without effecting self. Never attract such circumstances or people in your life.
